  C&G Houndsman Products is dedicating our years of experiance in the woods to bringing you the availibility of innovative products and solutions facing the modern age of houndsmen and dog handlers.

 We firmly believe in using the best technology available to keep our dogs safe and out of harms way. Up until a year or so ago, we were using the old standard telemetry collars and receiver, which has served us well for many years.

 We have since moved up to the Garmin Astro GPS tracking system. This has brought a whole new excitement to our passion. In our opinion, this technology is the best thing that has ever happened to our sport. Even though the system has a few flaws and bugs, we recommend anyone who hasn't tried it, should, and anyone who hunts with a dog should own this system.

 In the following pages you will find infomation, products and advise relating to the Garmin Astro 220 receiver and the DC30 collar. Please note we do not sell Garmin products. There are plenty of places out there where Garmin products are available. The products we sell are minor enhancements to an already great product to make their use even more pleasurable,and to last longer.
